Hello, we are looking for a person to join our staff as Help Desk - ERP 1st - 2nd level.

Who are you

We are looking for a Help Desk - ERP 1st - 2nd level.
What are we asking you to do for us?

You will be responsible for supporting customers with their ERP software-related service requests. You will provide remote support, or direct support, meeting the customer at their location.

If you find anomalies in your work with the client, you will need to interface with our in-house programmers to pursue development and client requests.

What is your background and prerequisites

Training is important in our industry, so we would like to find a new colleague with:

Diploma in accounting or bachelor's degree in management engineering
Good knowledge of the functional modules of ERP systems
Good knowledge of the English language
We value both recent college graduates and candidates with at least one year of experience.

In addition to training, we also require these characteristics:

The ability to work in a team
Good interpersonal skills
Aptitude for problem solving
